Meal Prep Routine

If you’re new, welcome! And welcome back to repeat viewers. Thanks for taking the time for today’s post. I write and create everything myself so you’ll find things very straightforward and to-the-point here. Hope you enjoy!

Prep your meals for the week ahead of time. Remember if you keep healthy food in the fridge, you will eat healthy food! Planning ahead keeps things simple! Take a few hours on Sundays and make your entire week easier.

It’s all about the prep! If you feel like you never have time for cooking, it’s probably because you haven’t prepared your food ahead of time. If you know you’re going to be busy the following day, slice up your veggies, marinate your protein, and get everything ready to go the night before.

Make it easy for yourself- once you prep your meals, divide them up into separate containers so you can grab and go throughout the week. When it comes to healthy eating, one of the best things to do to make it happen is to make it easy.

This guide will instruct you through the steps of batch cooking so that you're not spending all your time preparing meals or doing dishes.
