I tried to record this morning's Livestream fitness session to share with everyone but the compression has reduced the video quality immensely! I’ll do it right next time haha

It's good enough that you can still watch and follow along for a full-body workout and look forward to the next time I do this!...in HD...

I dop a lot of knowledge in here so it's worth as least listening to so you get those advantages next time you work out.

Today's routine trains your full body by hitting the most important parts in a systematic flow.

Here's the workout:

Two sets of:

👉 400 Meter Jog at 70% - sub 90-120 seconds Jump Rope or jump jack

👉 60 Second Plank Hold from Elbows

👉 300 Meter Jog at 75% - sub 75-85 seconds

👉 30 Second Side Plank Each Side

👉 200 Meter Jog at 80% - sub 60-75 seconds

👉 60 Second Hollow Hold

👉 100 Meter Run at 80+% - sub 45-60 seconds

👉 30 Seconds of Glute Bridge

Then... Two to three sets of:

👉 10-12 Bicep curls

👉 10-12 Half Kneeling Press, each side

👉 10-12 Bent over row, dumbbells

Then...AMRAP in 15 minutes of...

👉 30 Split Squats, loaded up to 15% of your body weight

👉 20 Floor Press or Push-Ups

👉 10 Turkish Get Ups (5 each side)

(go for consistent smooth movement here, not outright speed)

Finish with my #1 cool down stretch, the "Bretzel stretch"
