Throwback Thursday - back to 2013 at CrossFit R3 for this BRUTAL weightlifting challenge -- still one of the HARDEST sub-5-minute things I've ever done. Right up there with the GORUCK Tough series.

Load the bar to match your body weight, then unrack it and complete as many reps of the full-range-of-motion squat until you can't do even one more rep. If you watch till the end, you'll see how uncomfortable this is!
