Do what you can with what you have.

It would not be frequent enough if I only worked out when everything was perfect.

Try to get a little something every day, and they will all add up.

Start with moving yourself, then build up to external objects (weightlifting) with balls, ‘bells, bags, or whatever else you have! Check out my YouTube channel if you want video instruction - look for the ‘start here’ playlist.
