Moving onward & upward

Good morning and happy Monday! I hope you’re doing well to start the week.

I’m back from the bike ride — 70 miles over three days of camping - very fun, but I’m feeling the work in my muscles and have a bit of nagging knee pain, but nothing I can’t handle. Stay tuned for some video footage of our trip! 🎥

Today marks a changing of eras. My first Monday since leaving 1-on-1 personal training on campus. I will continue as a Group Exercise Instructor only. Working here has been amazing — I've enjoyed everyone and every moment I could spend watching, learning, and simply appreciating everything around me. ❤️
