Today it's all about being aware that one day the external validation (congrats from others) for your workout routine will fade away. What will keep you going in that moment? What are you doing this for? What's your why? Dig deep with that question… Maybe you have a quick powerful answer or maybe it takes your time to think. But channel that into your next workout and use it as fuel against the temporary discomfort. And keep it up whether or not anyone else even notices or says anything to you about it. 😃
