👋 hello & welcome! Today we have a serious humble brag about my Mom. She has committed and followed through on an amazing fitness effort. I want to recognize that and I hope her story inspires others to do the same. 😊
I’m very proud of her for doing this. When I started in health & fitness coaching in 2007, she asked me for my advice…and then actually followed it!
Stretching, moving, lifting weights, and staying active.
Just yesterday she completed her 500th workout from my training app! And this is only a snippet of her efforts. She also participates in yoga and ‘keeps up’ with me and my brothers when we hike, bike, swim, raft, and camp.
Her improved core strength, bone density, muscular strength, coordination, and self-efficacy all help me feel good about her every day. I love knowing she is strong, capable, and safe.
Health, fitness, and wellness unlock so much life to live. Being able to participate with us is so great.
She has earned so many badges
This really shows the consistency of effort that is SO important in any health & fitness efforts. Stick with it!
